Terms and Conditions
1. Participants must be over 18 years of age due to gambling regulations.
2. The cost of the subscription for Christmas in Kirkliston Club 200 is £1 per number.
3. Multiple/additional numbers are limited to 3 per person.
4. Numbers (between 1 and 200) will be allocated as payments are received, and no guarantee can be given for any chosen number.
5. Subscriber’s names and numbers will be published on our website.
6. Sign up is for 12 months, paid in advance and subscription will auto renew on an annual basis from the card details provided.
7. No refunds will be offered for subscription cancelled part way through the year.
8. The first draw will take place when the club is fully subscribed and will run for 12 consecutive months.
9. The winning number each month will receive £100 with £100 each month going to Christmas In Kirkliston.
10. The winning number will be selected on the last day of each month.
11. A random number generator will be used to select this number, in front of a witness and recorded to ensure clarity.
12. Winners will be contacted within 5 days of the draw to agree a method of payment.
13. The name and number for each month’s winner will be posted on the Christmas in Kirkliston website and social media.
14. If a winner cannot be contacted, winnings will revert to Christmas in Kirkliston after 3 months.
15. The Promoter of the 200 Club is Christmas in Kirkliston.
16. Christmas in Kirkliston is a small society lottery (registered with City of Edinburgh Council).
17. Christmas in Kirkliston Club 200 will be run by Christmas in Kirkliston committee and in the event of any dispute the decision of the committee is final.
